Consumer Chemical Products And Biocides Safety Control Act (K-BPR)

On March 20, 2018, the Korean Ministry of the Environment (MoE) introduced a new regulation known as K-BPR, which came into effect on January 1, 2019. K-BPR aims to oversee consumer chemical products, covering approval of active substances, biocidal products, and the verification and testing of consumer chemical products subject to safety verification. In this webinar our technical consultant will provide an overview of K-BPR.
