China – 2018 Updated Textile, Footwear and Light Industrial Products Standard List

Recently the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China released announcement No. 23 of 2018 published updates of standards. There are two important textile product standards that have been updated: FZ/T 43014-2018 “Silk scarf and shawl” and FZ/T 81010-2018 “Trench coats.” There are additional new product standards for textiles: FZ/T 44004-2018 “Silk bedding”, FZ/T 81022-2018 “Woven kitchen garments and accessories” and FZ/T 82006-2018 “Woven accessories.” Some product standards have been updated for light industrial products, including QB/T 1333-2018 “Handbag and knapsack,” QB/T 1584-2018 “Leather glove” and QB/T 2822-2018 “Fur garments.” The announcement also includes some updated standards for footwear, such as HG/T 5294-2018 “Rubber-plastics shoes for elders.” The key updated standards list is summarized below:
