Intertek Group plc - Directorate changes

Intertek Group plc ('Intertek') today confirms the following change to the composition of the Board and information required under section430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006.
Ross McCluskey has been promoted into an operational role as Executive Vice President Europe and Central Asia. As a consequence he is ceasing to be an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Intertek with immediate effect. No payment for loss of office has or will be made to Ross McCluskey.
Following the announcement made on 5 October 2020, Jonathan Timmis has been appointed an Executive Director and Chief FinancialOfficer of Intertek with immediate effect.
Andy Martin, Chairman of Intertek, commented:
