Intertek Invited to Speak at Qualcomm’s QWISE Connect Partner Event

Intertek supports QWISE and commitment to the development of women in science and engineering.
Arlington Heights, IL – Intertek, the leading quality solutions provider to industries worldwide, today announced that it joins Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in celebrating the seventh anniversary of its Qualcomm Women in Science and Engineering (QWISE) professional group, which succeeds in fostering development and diversity for Qualcomm women. Pam Streed, Vice President of Intertek’s Electrical Group, will speak at the partnering event on September 17, where Intertek will be recognized as a supporting participant and advocate for women in the workplace.
Qualcomm is widely recognized for its advancement and commitment to promote engineering careers among women. As part of Qualcomm’s continued leadership to this advancement and enrichment of women in this industry, QWISE will honor those women who have demonstrated success and innovation over the last year.
