Intertek and Skillcube Join Together to Offer Certification Courses Promoting Growth to India’s Academia Community

Global standard hands-on training to enhance internship and placement opportunities
Intertek, (LSE: ITRK), a leading provider of quality and safety solutions serving a wide range of industries around the world, and SkillCube Private Limited, have teamed together to conduct offer joint certification courses for various international management systems standards. Specifically, these courses will target college and university students across India. This new certification program is designed to create a professional skillset as well as offer specific credentials to participating (or young?) academia.
Saurabh Agarwal, founder Skill Cube stated, “The heightened awareness within organizations centered around security, safety and environmental issues is fuelling the demand for a more certified workforce across various subsets of these industries. Through the partnership with Intertek, SkillCube hopes to create a regional talent base for implementing and maintaining management systems based on various ISO standard certifications offered through Intertek.”
The certification programs include real life scenarios and case study discussions to provide the students skills and competencies required in the industry for these areas. Initially, the courses are offered to both universities and colleges in NCR, UP (West) and Uttarakhand regions and will later expand operations to other educational hubs in the country.
