Canadian Tire Reinforces its Commiment to Quality Management through Partnership with Intertek

Canadian Tire and Intertek are pleased to announce that they have recently embarked on a new five year partnership aimed at significantly enhancing Canadian Tire’s quality management strategy. Intertek, a leading international provider of quality and safety solutions to a wide range of industries, will provide Canadian Tire with consulting services in the area of product development and safety solutions to take quality management at Canadian Tire to a whole new level.
With more than 21,000 employees located in 110 countries, Intertek is in an excellent position to leverage its market knowledge and expertise in the areas of global supplier dynamics, costing trends, and production input trends to support Canadian Tire’s quality management strategy. Canadian Tire, in full compliance with all applicable government regulations, will work with Intertek to ensure all new products meet Canadian Tire’s strict quality and safety criteria.
