Intertek will host seminars in association with the World Trade Week - New York City event occurring May 19-23, 2008. The free talks, to be held at the Manhattan (SIBL) branch of the New York Public Library and Flushing Community Library, are set to address specific concerns of manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, importers and exporters facing the challenges presented by the global marketplace; and will include challenges presented by REACH; compliance with global legislation (including RoHS, WEEE, China RoHS, Korea RoHS, CE Marking and California Proposition 65, among others); logistics solutions; food quality, safety and supply; and general challenges presented by global supply chain management.
