Best Practices in Auditing: Organizational Knowledge
Organizational Knowledge is the specific tacit or shared knowledge of the organization, coming either from its collective experience or from the individual experience of its persons. This knowledge is usually used to attain the organization’s objectives. Organizational knowledge is specifically addressed in ISO 9001:2015. Many organizations have already initiated systematic approaches to knowledge management, while others are just beginning to consider this issue.
In this webinar, Intertek Technical Director Jorge Correa will discuss how organizations can better manage their organizational knowledge, and what auditors need to be aware of when evaluating organizations.
