Intertek has arranged with its Registrar, Equiniti, for a share dealing service to be provided to UK shareholders.

You can buy or sell shares by internet or telephone within minutes. To deal, please log onto www.shareview.co.uk/dealing or telephone 08456 037037 between 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. (GMT), Monday to Friday. When you sell, you'll need to have your share certificate with you. If you want to make a purchase it would be helpful if you have your account number handy to ensure that purchased shares are credited to the same account.

The online dealing charge for certificated holders is 1.5% of the value of the trade on the first £50,000 and 0.25% thereafter, minimum £45.

By phone it’s 1.5% on the first £50,000 and 0.2% thereafter, minimum £60.

Any purchase of shares is subject to Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (SDRT) at the prevailing rate.

The service is only available to shareholders with a UK registered address who are aged 18 and over.
