Third-party Testing Requirements for Small Batch Manufacturers
As a manufacturer of children’s products, is your annual total gross revenue for consumer products $1,151,088 or less and do you manufacture 7,500 units or fewer a year If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, you qualify to register with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as a Small Batch Manufacturer, which enables you to obtain relief from certain third-party testing requirements for children’s products.
