Intertek to Present at Bridge2Food’s 12th Food Proteins Course 2017

Intertek, a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, will be presenting during Bridge2Food's 12th Food Proteins Course taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada from June 28th-30th, 2017.
This bi-annual event will attract developers in the food manufacturing industries and will provide a unique 3-day hands-on training course incorporating a combination of theoretical lectures by industry professionals for 10 vegetable and animal proteins. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with over 100 food developers and more than 20 exhibitors. This 12th edition course, “Food Proteins: Properties, Functionalities & Applications”, is intended to provide stakeholders a theoretical and practical overview of vegetable and animal proteins currently available for food applications and to deliver information about their properties and functionalities.

Her presentation is titled "Nutritional & Health Benefits of Food Proteins" and will discuss the healthy & nutritional properties of proteins (PCAAS, digestibility) as well as how the various proteins compare.
