Presentations are given by more than 35 speakers from governments, and industry will focus in the field of international chemical legislation all over the world, like REACH, GHS and country specific information on inventories, labelling and requirements.
Intertek expert Ms. Karen Levins has been invited to speak at ChemCon Europe, and will present ‘GHS Implementation in the United States and Canada’ on March 17, 2016. Intertek offers comprehensive solutions for complying with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of classification and labelling of chemicals. Intertek can assess a company's portfolio and based on the countries in which products are to be marketed, will undertake classification and labeling based on first-hand experience of various country implementation plans. In order to ensure clients make a smooth transition to the new legislation, tailored in-house training courses can be provided. Ms. Levins will also be chairing the ‘Global Approach to New Chemicals’ on March 18, 2016.
