Through our highly skilled senior staff, Intertek conducts full expert review of our customers’ existing  structure and/or new program objectives to offer Strategic Recommendations to the foundational framework design supporting the development of a fully enhanced risk-based approach.

Our Program Managers, based in global locations near customer regional business units, markets, or larger volume suppliers, manage the Day-to-Day Tactical Execution of programs through quality-controlled procedures in accordance with customer-defined KPIs. Through local deep engagement, we facilitate strong partnerships with our customers’ buyers and procurement teams enabling program success. This personalized approach also supports our customers’ suppliers in their own continuous improvement journey.
