Yvonne Lenighan, Ph.D, Senior Manager, Dietary Intakes, Food & Nutrition
Yvonne leads the Dietary Intakes Team in the Food and Nutrition Group.
The team play an integral role in developing strategies and conducting dietary intake assessments for novel food and ingredient applications across Europe, the UK, the U.S., and Canada.
She has vast experience in dietary intakes and diet modelling, across a number of different geographies, and has published numerous original research articles in this area. Prior to joining Intertek, Yvonne expanded her dietary intake experience to support commercial applications at Nestlé Research. Her role including dietary intake analysis and interpretation, diet modelling to substantiate the role of foods/products in the diet and the development of algorithms, to support personalised digital nutrition tools across Europe, Asia and America.
