The purpose is to responsibly audit animal feed products and commodities production that are part of the feed supply chain. The requirements of the GMP+ FSA standard are based primarily on the requirements of ISO 9001, HACCP, and EU legislative requirements. This standard is applicable throughout the supply chain, from the producer of agricultural commodities to the production, trading, storage, and transport of finished feed worldwide.
